Raja Maan is the CEO of Acom Capital. After completing his higher education in 2006, He stepped into the lending and mortgage industry. He has been working in residential and commercial real estate funding Non-stop for the last 17 years and has had lots of success in it. He has closed thousands of transactions all over the United States and Canada. He has a team of 20 Loan brokers. He has lots of knowledge and resources in Hard Money Loans, construction loans, bridge loans, and permanent loans for both Residential & Commercial Real Estate Properties. Vakas Salim

Vakas has been working as a commercial lender & realtor since 2013 with the finance of Hard Money Bridge Loans, Construction Loans, and Permanent Loans

Although Vakas’s professional career started in 2013 his knowledge and understanding of business stems from childhood being born into a Real Estate Development Family Called Salim Development.

Vakas has been working with Real Estate Developers and Franchisees in build-to-suit program funding. He has worked with some of the Largest QSR Brands including Carl’s Jr. Del Taco, KFC, Long Johns Silvers, Pizza Hut, Wienerchnitzel, Tommy’s Carwash, and Freddy’s.

These tenants own and operate their own businesses while Salim Development is the Landlord. Being part of the family business Vakas developed a unique perspective when helping his Real Estate Clients essentially helping them do what his family does, by helping them with Build to Suits and Ground leases.
