The Biggest Mistake made by the Commercial Real Estate Investors and CRE Agents/Brokers

The most common biggest mistake with the real estate investors make is that they rely on their local banks for their commercial finance needs. And once they get rejections by their 5 to 6 local or nationwide banks, they quit their project. Because gaining capital is The important task of starting and completing the project.

Banks usually have a very strict lending guidelines. And the statistics show that the banks decline 70% of the applications they receive. So here comes the institutional and private equity lenders/investors. Most real estate investors do not know these lenders/investors or how to find them. They are usually channeled through commercial loan consultants. And most real estate investors cannot connect with good commercial loan consultants through google search. So it is like a catch 22.

Sometimes I receive such a good deal through our referred partners channel that I am shocked that why in the world a bank would decline this deal? But the Bank is a Bank, they have to follow their lending guidelines and they cannot change them for one client or deal
